The PS1101-D32, and its series are optimized for high efficiency and low leakage current, offering ultra-low capacitance, with a minimum of 0.09 pF. They also offer low insertion loss figures ranging from -0.25 dB to -0.35 dB at 10 GHz to 15 GHz and low clamping voltages between 2.6 V and 11.6 V, providing robust and reliable protection against electrostatic events. Specifically designed to safeguard high-speed data lines in Thunderbolt 5 and USB4 2.0 (80Gbps) applications, the series ensures optimal signal integrity.
